How long does it take for made-to-order items to be completed?

Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing on custom pieces. We will make every effort to complete your item as soon as practical and will keep you updated regarding status.

How do I indicate what personalization I want for items listed?

We believe in making every purchase special which is why we love working directly with our customers on personalized items. For each personalized item offered, we will contact you through email to get the specific details for your order. In some cases, once you add an item to your cart, you will be able to enter some initial information related to the item you are purchasing. We will discuss and confirm options with you so that you are 100% satisfied with your final product.

I saw an item I like but would prefer it in a different color. Are there any options to request customizations?

If you see an item you love but need a specific color or want a different element, please feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to work with you.

There is an item that I would like to purchase multiple quantities of but there is only one in stock or out of stock. When will out of stock items become available?

The majority of our products are made-to-order. However, we do provide some “uniquely crafted” pieces where there is only one available. If you are interested in purchasing or customizing any of these products, please do not hesitate to ask. We may be able to accommodate your request.
